Responsible AI & Governance Lead

You lead our Responsible AI practice. You advise organisations on compliance with the EU AI Act, AI risk management, and building ethical and operational governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI Act compliance audits

• Build bespoke AI governance frameworks

• Train leadership teams on responsible AI challenges

• Lead algorithmic impact assessments (AIA)

• Publish thought-leadership pieces (articles, conferences)

Requirements

• 7+ years in compliance, risk or data/AI governance

• Deep knowledge of the AI Act and GDPR

• Consulting experience with legal or compliance teams

• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly

• Fluent in French and English

Nice to have

• Data protection certification (CIPP/E, DPO)

• Regulatory experience in financial services

• Network in the European AI ecosystem
