Senior AI Strategy Consultant

Within the Advisory team, you guide C-suite executives and boards in defining their AI vision, prioritising use cases, and building operational roadmaps. You lead engagements of 3 to 6 months, from assessment through to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI maturity assessments with clients

• Facilitate prioritisation workshops with stakeholders

• Build sequenced and costed AI roadmaps

• Support AI operating model implementation

• Contribute to KAIROS Impulse methodology development

Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy consulting or digital transformation

• Deep knowledge of the AI ecosystem (LLM, ML, Data platforms)

• Proven experience with executive committees

• Ability to structure complex problems

• Fluent in French and English

Nice to have

• MBA or top engineering degree

• Experience in pharma or financial services

• Fluent in Arabic
